I found this lobster, fennel and grape salad in the wonderful NOPI cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi.
Especially the mix of the grilled, smoky, charred and slightly translucent fennel and the grilled, smoky grapes withe their split skins is a marvellous taste adventure.
