DUNG BEETLE

Dung beetles are found worldwide, on every continent except Antarctica. They live in habitats that range from desert to forest. The colour of Anoplotrupes stercorosus is blue-black, while the underside is usually metallic blue. The elytra have longitudinal slightly dotted grooves.
